We provide on-the-go personal training throughout North and East London. As an all-female group of instructors holding advanced Level 3 qualifications, we pedal between sessions by bike to help both men and women maintain their fitness and wellbeing. Founded in 2010, we are London's longest-established mobile PT provider. All our trainers are down-to-earth and fun, and we proudly identify as LGBTQ+ friendly.
